Sri lanka slips down on UN Speakers list

In the original list of speakers released last month, Sri Lanka had a prime speaking slot on September 21 because the UN listed our head of state as the speaker for that day. Minister Ali Sabri who  WHO will be attending the sessions and has been allocated
a secession on the last day
Vladimir Putin of Russia, Xi Jinping of China, Kim Jong-un of North Korea, Bashar al-Assad of Syria, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia, and Myanmar’s military leadership may not attend the UN General Sessions.
